Biography
Anitza is currently working as a Consultant at TAFE Queensland Brisbane has over 15 years experience across teaching, technical, management and consultant roles, primarily in the Australian Vocational Training (VET/TVET) sector. She has a diverse range of skills including digital media, educational pedagogies, educational and project management and research. She provides engaging, interactive and inclusive face-to-face and online workshops on a range of educational topics. Her theory/model ‘Five Acts of Agency’ has been used to explore the participation of a range of cohorts and within different contexts including women’s participation in the Australian Digital Content Industry sectors of games and multimedia production.
