Biography
Hollie is a Junior UX Architect at BWM Dentsu. With qualifications in anthropology, psychology, and General Assembly’s UX Design course, she has the capability to utilise qualitative research methods, including ethnography, to gain insight into human behaviour and translate them into meaningful user experiences. She gained experience in service design during my time as a Quality Officer at Wesley Mission Victoria, redeveloping the client feedback system in order to make the process consumer centric. She is highly motivated, curious and passionate.
