Karen is a passionate data driven HR and recruitment specialist with over 10 years experience of working across a wide variety of recruitment models such as RPO, HRO, Agency & Internal recruitment in the UK and APAC. She has successfully consulted to and influenced a diverse range of stakeholders and she is experienced within E-Commerce, IT&T, engineering and the financial sectors. She has developed creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates with specialist skill sets.
