She is incredibly knowledgeable about financial services and works closely with her colleagues to disseminate this knowledge wherever possible. Selin puts learning at the forefront of her practice. Nearly every day she is building her abilities, whether it’s participating in hacks, working on startup ideas or learning new methodologies. She also takes this a step further, actively sharing her learning through both team sessions and teaching design students. Selin is genuinely passionate about doing good work and cares deeply about designing outcomes that are positive for both customers and stakeholders. She takes her work personally and will always push through tough constraints, guiding ambiguous projects toward better outcomes. She is able to bring business and design together in a unique way, applying the right lens at the right time and understand perspectives from both of these areas.
