Zoe is Head of People & Culture at Tiger Pistol. She is an internationally experienced professional, qualified with majors in both psychology and counselling. She has a solid background in HR consulting, behavioural consulting, engagement & retention strategies, team effectiveness, psychometrics, outplacement, HR audit as well as a depth in system implementation. With a passion for providing unique targeted customer solutions to enterprises of all sizes, she has demonstrated a consistent track record of delivering and exceeding expectations. With a well established network across HR and business communities she brings a diverse methodology at both the operational and strategic levels.
